What we collect, and what we do not.

This site has no accounts, no sign-up and no login. You can read every page and see every fare without telling us anything at all. What follows is the whole of it, in plain words.

The short version.

We collect nothing that identifies you until you choose to send us a message. When you do, you send it on WhatsApp, and what reaches us is what you wrote. We do not sell anything to anyone, and we do not advertise to you afterwards.

The three things, in detail.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and which fares people actually read, so we know what to write more of. It records the page you are on, roughly where in the world you are, and whether you tapped a Book on WhatsApp button — not who you are. At the time of writing this is switched off: no analytics scripts load and no analytics cookies are set. When it is switched on, this paragraph describes exactly what it does.
The enquiry reference
The desk gives every enquiry a short code like TFSL-8K3PD. It is generated in your own browser, it is not tied to you, and its only job is to let us find your message in a thread and answer the right one. It travels inside the message you send.
What you send on WhatsApp
The desk writes a message and shows it to you; nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp yourself. That message carries your journey, your dates, your group size and the name you typed. It is a normal WhatsApp conversation from then on, covered by WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as this one.

Cookies.

This site sets no cookies of its own, and carries no tracking pixels for any third party. If Google Analytics is switched on it sets a measurement cookie. If conversion tracking for our own advertising is switched on, Google also sets an advertising cookie, whose only job is to match an enquiry back to the ad that brought you here. Turning either off in your browser costs you nothing on this site.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland and you would rather we held none of it, write to us and we will exclude you.

Asking us for your data, or to delete it.

Write to contact@tfsluae.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold, send you a copy, or delete it. There is no form and no charge. Because the record of a booking is the WhatsApp thread itself, deleting it means deleting that thread — say so and we will.

We keep enquiry threads for as long as they are useful to answer a returning customer, and no longer than we need them for our own accounts.

Who we are.

TFSL Transfers, operating in the United Arab Emirates and Oman. Reach us on WhatsApp at +971 52 178 9256 or by email at contact@tfsluae.com. Either reaches the same people.

Our booking terms cover the rest: what a fare includes, waiting time, and cancelling.
