How a booking works.

These are the terms a TFSL booking is made on. They are short on purpose. Anything they do not cover is agreed in writing on the same WhatsApp thread as the booking, which is the record both of us keep.

Making a booking.

An enquiry is not yet a booking. You send us the journey and we reply on the same thread with the vehicle and the fare. The booking exists once we have confirmed it back to you in writing — that reply, against your enquiry reference, is the confirmation.

Every enquiry carries a reference like TFSL-8K3PD. Quote it and we can find your job in a sentence.

What a fare covers.

Per vehicle
Fares are charged for the vehicle, not per seat, and do not change with how the seats are set. The current fares are on the tariff, which is the only place they are written.
Included
Fares are per vehicle, whichever way the seats are set, and include the driver, fuel, tolls and airport parking. VAT is added where it applies.
Waiting
Where a fare includes waiting time, the tariff says how much. Beyond that we will agree the extra with you before it is charged, never after.
Not included
Anything bought on your behalf during the day, border and visa fees on a cross-border run, and any charge a venue makes for access. We tell you before we spend it.

Changes and cancellations.

Plans move, especially crew plans. Tell us as early as you can on the thread and we will move the booking rather than charge you for it wherever we still can.

A cancellation close to the pickup time may carry a charge, because the vehicle and the driver were held for you and turned other work away. If any charge applies to your booking we will state it in writing when we confirm the booking, so you know before you commit rather than after. We do not apply a charge that was never stated.

If we cannot supply the vehicle we have confirmed, we will arrange an equivalent one or refund you in full. That is our side of the same bargain.

Paying, and VAT.

Payment is arranged on the booking thread, and the method and the timing are confirmed there before the journey. Account customers running several transfers a month are invoiced monthly instead.

Fares are quoted before VAT. Value Added Tax is added where it applies, at the rate in force in the United Arab Emirates, and is shown on the invoice.

Getting you there.

We drive air-conditioned vehicles and we plan for the traffic. What we cannot promise is the road itself: congestion, weather, border queues and closures happen, and we are not responsible for a connection missed because of them. Give an airport run the margin it deserves and tell us the flight number so we can watch it.

Your luggage rides with you and stays your own; please do not leave anything valuable in the vehicle. Tell us what you are carrying when you book and we will set the van for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law of the United Arab Emirates, and these terms are governed by it.

Asking about any of this.
